Betrayal Trauma Support for Women

Experience understanding and kindness in a confidential 1:1 setting with another who has walked very similar paths and seasoned in the practice of spiritual direction.  Contrary to the sound of the term spiritual direction, ‘direction’ is by nature agenda free; which provides a safe place to bring and give voice to your hurt, anger, fear and anything else you are experiencing in your body, mind, and heart. Sometimes we just need to be quiet in the presence of someone safe. That’s ok too!  All is held in confidence and listened to without agenda, but with understanding, hope, and love.

Shelly is a certified and experienced spiritual director who has a heart to come alongside those suffering betrayal.
